The cahllenge
Mooneo Studio, founded by a young, passionate, and ambitious videographer, wanted to turn his passion into a full-fledged business. While some groundwork had been laid, the project lacked strategic structure, clear positioning, and tools to support business development. The main challenge was to help launch the activity by building a consistent offer, strong communication foundations, and the right tools to boost visibility and attract clients.
Our solution
We started with an audit of the existing setup and a series of workshops to build a shared vision for the project. This included a SWOT analysis, a Business Model Canvas, and the definition of Mooneo Studio’s mission, vision, and values. From there, we co-developed a business and communication strategy aligned with his ambitions, along with a concrete action plan covering organization, prospecting, and communication. A complete website was created to enhance his image, credibility, and sales efforts. We also provided ongoing coaching sessions focused on communication.

Mooneo Studio now has a clear strategic foundation and a tangible roadmap to guide its development. Its website serves as both a professional showcase and a prospecting tool. The founder benefits from a structured vision of his goals and actions, along with practical tools to boost visibility and manage communication.
