The challenge

Music Beer International, an innovative brand at the crossroads of craft beer and music, aimed to structure its growth and strengthen the clarity of its unique concept. Despite a strong value proposition—combining premium beer tasting with an immersive musical experience—the company faced several challenges: limited brand awareness, an under-structured digital communication strategy, and a strong reliance on field prospecting. The objective was therefore to clarify its positioning, increase brand visibility, and structure commercial efforts to support growth both in Belgium and internationally.

Our solution

We supported Music Beer International in structuring its development strategy through a comprehensive approach: analysis of the Business Model Canvas, identification of strengths and improvement areas through a SWOT analysis, and clarification of its mission, vision, and values.

Based on this, we helped define strategic priorities, particularly strengthening retail positioning (mass distribution), optimizing digital communication, and structuring B2B prospecting. We also guided efforts toward better highlighting the brand’s differentiating concept (beer + music), with a strong focus on customer experience (tastings, music QR codes, events) and the development of cultural partnerships.

Finally, we initiated work on optimizing distribution channels and identifying growth opportunities, particularly in export markets and through the development of new product ranges (IPA, non-alcoholic beer) to broaden target audiences.

Results

Music Beer International now benefits from a clearer strategic vision and a structured framework to support its development. The brand positioning is more defined, fully emphasizing its unique concept combining craft beer and the world of music.

Commercial and marketing actions are becoming more organized, helping to strengthen presence in mass distribution, improve communication consistency, and support prospecting efforts. In addition, the enhanced focus on customer experience and cultural partnerships further differentiates the brand in a competitive market.
