Aurélie, a dedicated midwife, came to us with Slow Family — a project deeply aligned with her personal and professional values. In response to the overconsumption surrounding the arrival of a child, she wanted to offer a thoughtful, responsible alternative. With Slow Family, her ambition was to create an ethical online store dedicated to natural, local, and carefully tested products. Her goal: to help families consume more mindfully, in line with their convictions, while creating sustainable baby registries. Her vision was clear — to guide parents toward useful, conscious, and lasting choices, and to enable them to build meaningful registries with purpose.
Our Solution
To bring Slow Family to life, we began with a comprehensive market study and a target persona analysis conducted through detailed questionnaires. This groundwork allowed us to design an e-commerce website perfectly aligned with the expectations of the target audience. We also defined the strategic foundations of the business: updating the Business Model Canvas, conducting a SWOT analysis, and clarifying the mission, vision, and values.
From there, we established a clear development strategy, along with tailored action and communication plans to support the launch. Every step was designed to embody the essence of Slow Family and speak directly to its community.

New parents — whether or not they are personally supported by Aurélie — can now easily order carefully selected products and create their own baby registry online. The site is connected to tools such as Google Analytics, allowing Aurélie to monitor performance and adjust her strategy accordingly. She also now has a ready-to-use communication plan, structured around key themes and actionable ideas to promote her values and showcase her offerings to her growing community.
