The Challenge
Le Mascaron, a well-known Liège-based brand specializing in event equipment rental (tableware, linens, decorations, etc.), wanted to modernize its digital presence. Highly appreciated by both professionals and private clients, the brand sought to redesign its website to make it more functional.
Its main objective was to allow visitors to create online quote requests, similar to an e-commerce experience.
The goal was to simplify the user journey, showcase the extensive product catalog, and highlight their expertise in the art of event hosting. The challenge was clear: to design an intuitive, efficient platform capable of converting more visitors into clients.
Our Solution
To meet Le Mascaron’s expectations, we began with a comprehensive market study and an in-depth analysis of target personas. We examined the behaviors of both private and professional customers to better understand their habits, pain points, and expectations.
This dual approach — combining competitive analysis with real-world insights — allowed us to define a clear UX strategy. We then redesigned the site’s ergonomics and content, creating an interface that guides users step by step while showcasing the depth and diversity of the catalog.
The Results
This work led to the implementation of a clear strategic framework, accompanied by custom action and communication plans to promote the new website and its online quote request system. Thanks to an intuitive interface and a streamlined user experience, Le Mascaron successfully met customer expectations while strengthening its online visibility. The redesign, supported by targeted communication efforts, proved highly effective:
the brand now receives several hundred quote requests every month, confirming both the relevance of the strategy and its tangible impact on business performance.
