Our Solution

We began with an in-depth, collaborative process involving all key stakeholders from the start.
A SWOT analysis, an updated Business Model Canvas, and the definition of shared objectives laid a solid strategic foundation. Building on this groundwork, we launched a complete redesign of the CRM Group website, designed to be user-centric while optimized for SEO performance.

The new website features a streamlined structure, clear content hierarchy, and technical optimizations that enhance visibility and user experience. In parallel, we developed a communication plan aligned with the institution’s strategic priorities.
