The challenge

Durbuy Z, a Belgian craft beer brewed in Durbuy, wanted to structure its growth by clarifying its positioning and strengthening its communication. While the product’s quality was undeniable, the brand image, strategy, and communication tools didn’t yet fully reflect its identity or commercial potential. The company lacked message consistency, digital visibility, and internal organization to coordinate its actions. We began with a comprehensive audit, including a SWOT analysis, a Business Model Canvas, and the redefinition of Durbuy Z’s mission, vision, and values.
